Executive chef Aly Moussa brings 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry to the Bluefin Restaurant.

Aly has earned his culinary experience under the guidance of some of the nation’s highly seasoned chefs and has worked side-by-side with celebrity chef John Burton Race.

He has also worked at a number of five star venues and has shared his passion and vigour in the kitchen establishments of esteemed companies such as Hillbrooke Luxury Hotels, the Boisdale Restaurant Group and as Chef de cuisine for the Hilton Hotel Corporation.
